Invigorating Inversions--June 25, 2011; 2-4:30 p.m.
Have an aversion to inversions? Or do you just want to learn to enjoy them more, hold them for longer, and feel stronger in your approach to going upside down? This workshop is for you! With the Universal Principles of Alignment lighting the way, you will learn to leap gracefully across the threshold of poses like handstand, forearm balance, headstand and shoulderstand.
