Private/Therapeutic Yoga

WHY PRIVATE INSTRUCTION?
Working one-on-one is the best way to address specific concerns and goals that you may have. You will not only receive the teacher's undivided attention, but you will also be given personalized instruction that you can take with you to use throughout your week, creating a lasting effect.
Personalized instruction is great for the student who:
-is just beginning, and wants to get comfortable with yoga before attending public classes;
-has injuries, disabilities or specific health concerns;
-finds it hard to fit classes into a busy schedule;
-is pregnant and needs to learn how to practice in a safe and supportive way;
-wants to work on specific poses or areas in their practice, such as inversions or backbends;
-wants to start a home practice
Because of the strong emphasis on therapeutics in Anusara Yoga, private instruction can also be a powerful and motivating way to address injuries and pain, and can be used in conjunction with other therapies.
Semi-private sessions with another person or small group can also be arranged.
